Ramahn Ritchie, LAMFT Ramahn Ritchie is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University. He works with couples, individuals, and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Ramahn’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen communication, identify existing strengths, and focus on practical steps toward meaningful change rather than remaining stuck in the problem. In addition to his clinical work, Ramahn brings more than 10 years of experience in training and leadership development, where he worked closely with individuals and teams to improve communication, emotional awareness, collaboration, and personal growth. He is passionate about helping clients move from feeling disconnected or overwhelmed toward greater clarity, understanding, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others through both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
