Paul Burns, LPC Paul earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. A Licensed Professional Counselor and certified New Jersey Mental Health Screener, Paul has over 22 years experience working as a clinician, supervisor, and educator. In that time, he has developed and implemented processes to identify and mitigate suicide risk in healthcare settings with emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy-safety planning. Paul has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide variety of issues. With compassion and empathy, Paul uses skill-based approaches to cope with suicide, anxiety, panic, depression, schizophrenia, and grief & loss.
