Patricia Inglett is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling with a focus in School and Mental Health Counseling from William Paterson University. Her previous experience consists of working with children, adolescents, and adults to address issues such as low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life-stressors that can impact the everyday. Patricia utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral (DBT), and Solution-Focused. In addition, Patricia has worked with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and ADHD to support them to reach their individual goals. She works with all individuals with a gentle and supportive Client-centered approach to foster expression and growth."
