Lydia Buchalski, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the state of New Jersey who has been involved in addiction treatment and treatment of those struggling with co-occurring disorders for several years. She specializes in addiction counseling, counseling for depression, anxiety, trauma, and for those struggling with mental illness. She has experience in providing therapy in individual and group atmospheres. Lydia utilizes a non-judgmental, strengths-based, trauma informed approach to provide a supportive and positive therapy environment.
