Kristen Levey, LAC, LCADC, ​CCS
​Kristen Levey is a Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor who has been working in the field of mental health and addiction for 25 years. Kristen has worked with both adolescents and adults struggling with co-occurring disorders in a variety of clinical settings. As a therapist, providing a supportive and safe space for the process of healing is of the utmost importance to her.  She serves adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relationships and substance use disorders. Kristen’s approach to counseling is client- centered while using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavioral therapy in order to tailor treatment to the individual. She believes that the best approach is the one that feels most natural and congruent with the client’s ideas and goals.
