Kamryn Zanella, MA, LAC, NCC Kamryn is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. Her clinical experience includes working in a Partial Hospitalization Program and an Intensive Outpatient Program where she provided both individual and group counseling.
Kamryn takes an integrative and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to work through challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
