Kaitlyn Welton, LAC Kaitlyn is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She has worked with individuals of all ages in both individual therapy and group therapy. Her experience includes working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, self esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Kaitlyn works from a client-centered perspective. She believes that changing the thought process of an individual. through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help decrease suffering and improve positive behavior in an individual. She helps clients develop coping skills to help deal with stressors in life. Kaitlyn provides support for her clients in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.
