Jess Manero, MSW, LSW​
​Jessica is a licensed social worker (LSW) who earned her Bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University in Psychology and Criminology with a minor in Sociology.  Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Kean University.  She has specialized in addiction counseling working with adolescents and adults in all levels of care including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Partial care.  She has experience in providing therapy in individual and group atmospheres for both Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder. 

Her approach to therapy is solution focused, collaborative, and direct, creating an environment where clients can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment.  Jessica’s therapeutic style is rooted in a client-centered approach and incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
