Erin Natoli, LAC, NCC Erin is a New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), with a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health from Montclair State University. She also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and was a special education teacher for many years. She has experience working in a Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Co-Occurring Disorder Program. Her work has focused on helping people in both individual and group settings to develop healthier self-confidence and interpersonal relationships. Her experience has been with depression, anxiety, bipolar, relationship issues, mood disorders, anger management, life transitions, and substance use issues. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based, while looking at the whole person. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic treatment approaches, including psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy informed, and mindfulness. Erin strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for her clients so that they can feel empowered to make healthy and meaningful life changes.
