Christina Lash-Lain, MS, LAC, and Certified School Counselor With more than 17 years of experience in the mental health field, Christina is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Throughout her career, she has worked in home, school, community, and clinical settings, providing compassionate support to individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
Christina holds a Master of Arts degree, is a New Jersey Certified School Counselor, and is a Licensed Accredited Counselor (LAC). She believes that healing begins with a genuine connection and strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Christina has a special passion for teaching mindfulness as a practical tool for managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. She integrates mindfulness practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative interventions, and whole-body approaches to help clients develop healthy coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build lasting emotional resilience.
She also enjoys helping clients understand the science behind their emotions by exploring the connection between the brain, body, thoughts, and behaviors. By combining education with compassionate counseling, Christina empowers clients to make meaningful changes and approach life's obstacles with greater confidence and clarity.
