Brittany Rego LCSW I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorders, impulse control challenges, relationship concerns, behavioral difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I help clients build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while learning practical skills to manage distress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships. With children and adolescents, I tailor interventions to be developmentally appropriate and engaging, while also incorporating family support when appropriate. Together, we work to challenge unhelpful patterns, build upon existing strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
I provide individual therapy in a supportive space where clients of all ages feel heard, understood, and empowered. I place strong emphasis on developing effective coping strategies, behavioral management skills, and healthy communication so clients can feel more confident and in control as they move through life’s challenges. My goal is to help each individual foster emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term growth in a way that feels authentic and achievable.
